3. ADULT EDUCATION MODEL. We understand that adults do not learn skills from exposure to concepts. Our approach is execution at the point of transaction. Engage the adult in the learning process. Have plenty of participation, discussion, exercises and work related experiences. Then ask for their commitment to apply the new skill and then provide a follow up system.

4. INNOVATION. We are on the front line everyday in dealerships seeing first hand how the economy, marketing, sales and promotions are working. We quickly realize what is and what isn't working. Our process is constantly evolving to produce better results and participation.

5. DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS. We will not be locked into any one product company or forced to achieve sales quotas to receive discounts. This means we can really listen to the customer and give them the products they want without having a hidden agenda to recommend a product just because we have to hit certain numbers. Also the reverse is true, if a vendor of products that we deal with doesn't deliver as promised we will immediately cease entering into contracts with that vendor.

6. SALES & BUSINESS FIRST. Most of the training and development is produced by individuals who serve as experts. More often than not they promote their own notoriety then call themselves Sales/Management/Customer Service EXPERTS. This is not the case with VISION MARKETING. We are a business first, which seeks to earn a profit by working successfully with other businesses. Our C.E.O.
